As part of our notification process we will notify you via E-Mail and Phone call once your vehicle has physically arrived at the VPC. Please read the email carefully to facilitate picking up your vehicle. Please acknowledge receipt of your notification email or call us @ 559-483-9955. If you have not received notification of vehicle availability please do not make arrangements to come to the VPC to save time and insure your trip is worthwhile. The POV arrival notification (phone call & email) are distributed the same day your POV arrives.

**Department of State and Embassy Shipments the following documents are required:

A copy of your Vehicle Title (front and back)
A copy of your passport ID page (the page with your photo)
You must also include the documentation listed under our "Turn In" procedures
