**PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU PARK ONLY IN DESIGNATED IAL AUTHORIZED PARKING SPOTS WHEN ENTERING THE VPC/SITE. NO PARKING IS AUTHORIZED OUTSIDE IAL PREMISES**  

**Only Authorized Service Member or POA will be allowed in the inspection bay, please ensure you have someone to supervise your children or you will have to reschedule your appointment.

NOTIFICATION OF POV ARRIVAL/PICK UP 

As part of our notification process we will notify you via E-Mail and Telephone once your vehicle has physically arrived at the VPC. Please read the email carefully to facilitate picking up your vehicle and acknowledge receipt of your notification email. You can call us @ 253-948-3488. If you have not received notification of vehicle availability, please do not make arrangements to come to the VPC to save time and also ensure your trip is worthwhile. This includes pickups for Storage POVs. You must ensure that you submit a Storage Removal Request prior to setting up an appointment. The POV arrival notification (phone call & email) are distributed the same day your POV arrives.

TO FACILITATE YOUR IN-PROCESSING. PLEASE COMPLETE THE IAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FORM BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT THE SEATTLE VPC.

Make sure the POV has 1/4 tank of fuel or less, a clean/vacuumed interior, and washed exterior.

**Department of State and Embassy Shipments require the additional following documents:

• A copy of your Vehicle Title (front and back)
• A copy of your passport ID page (the page with your photo)
• You must also include the documentation listed under our "Turn In" procedures

    Because of the high traffic movement with large transporter vehicles coming in and out of the VPC, families are asked to safeguard children and pets.

Taxi Service is available from several vendors. The VPC does not provide shuttle services.
