For your own comfort, we would like you to have your vehicle as soon as possible. We kindly ask, that you contact us as soon as you arrive at your new duty location and update your contact details. Please check your email frequently for vehicle availability for pick-up.

TURN IN
If you are stationed in THE NETHERLANDS:
Proof of vehicle de-registration, your registration card stamped by the registration office with the expiration date of your registration.
CUSTOMS Form DO 109, stamped by the Customs office on JFC Brunssum.
If you are stationed in GERMANY:
Authorized shipping license plates and shipping registration form.
THE REGISTRATION OFFICES ONLY WORK BY APPOINTMENT, SO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT EARLY SO YOU CAN GET IN BEFORE YOUR TURN IN DATE.
PICKUP
BRING YOUR VEHICLE INSPECTION FORM FROM WHEN YOU TURNED IN YOUR VEHICLE AND A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE (SEE VPC DETAILS)- IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO PICK UP YOUR P.O.V.
PLEASE be advised that we don't have a gas station on base.
If you are stationed in Geilenkirchen, Kalkar/Uedem, Dulmen, Munster, Germany, prior to vehicle pick up, you must register your vehicle and obtain your new license plates from the motor vehicle registration office at Geilenkirchen NATO Air Base, building 297, +49 2451-634924 and bring the Plates, Registration, Valid ID and Vehicle Inspection form with you when you come to pick up your vehicle.
If you are stationed in elsewhere in Germany, you have to get your vehicle registrations by mail from Sembach, GERMANY, prior to picking up your vehicle.
If you are stationed in The Netherlands:
It is mandatory to have your USAFE driver's license prior to pick up your vehicle. You can contact the Driver Testing office on USAG Brunssum in Building 90007.

It is highly important that you have some sort of license plates to pick up your vehicle. It is illegal to drive in the Netherlands without license plates. The registration office DOES NOT issue temporary plates.
To make sure that your vehicle complies with specific Country Specifications, if any, please have the TMO/PPO check the Personal Property Consignment Instructions Guide (PPCIG) for very important Host Nation Vehicle Importation Restrictions, as well as safety registration and insurance requirements.
